Jessica Oliver

Director of Financial Outreach, Pelican State Credit Union

Jessica has led the financial education and outreach efforts of Pelican State Credit Union for over ten years. In her role as Director of Financial Outreach, she leads a team of six Nationally Certified Credit Counselors to conduct Financial Literacy Workshops, one-on-one counseling, and youth education programs. Jessica also coordinates Pelican’s CDFI grant and HELP programs. Jessica is certified through CUNA; received her BA in Marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University, MBA from Louisiana State University and is a certified Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE).
