Leader as Coach

The old ways of leading people are over. A “command and control” approach to leadership results in lack of alignment, low commitment, lack of harmony, low accountability and low adoption. In this program leaders will learn how to effectively coach others to a higher level of performance, morale and alignment.

Join us to:
  • Learn the definition of coaching
  • Explore the differences between managing, training, mentoring and coaching
  • Examine a specific 5-step coaching conversation model
  • Learn how to create ownership, urgency and accountability from those they lead

Leave with the skills and processes necessary to create accountability, positive morale and effective results.
