The Shifting Payments Landscape
Can Credit Unions Afford to Stay out of the Weeds?

If payments weren't already a hot topic, they've certainly taken center stage this year with a trio of major acquisitions (Fiserv/First Data, FIS/Worldpay, Global Payments/TSYS), The Clearing House's launch of Real Time Payments and the Fed's potential entry into the arena, and the emergence of P2P as a battleground with Zelle facing off against Venmo and others.

Join us as discuss the impact of these and other developments on credit unions, including the outlook for contactless cards in the US and new dimensions in the "top of wallet" battle given the evolution of e-commerce and digital payments. Given the importance of payments to both the P&L and member relationships, how can credit unions best respond to the competitive threats posed by these changes?
