Meet Your Speaker: 

Susan Toalson, VP of Credit Union Outreach

Susan works to support the Creating Awareness Initiative. Most recently, she was Engagement Consultant for CUNA representing the Southeast US. Prior to joining CUNA, Susan was Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Business Development for the University of Illinois Community Credit Union where she led the only renaming and major rebranding in the organization's history. She earned her CUDE designation from the National Credit Union Foundation in 2018 and holds a BS in Organizational Leadership from Greenville College.
