Deliberate project management remains elusive to many credit unions, yet the number, scope, and complexity of projects are increasing. At the same time, many projects require participation from multiple departments and often multiple vendors. Pile all of this on top of the whirlwind of day-to-day business “life”.

During this session participants will explore the absolute musts of turning project management into a competitive advantage.

Meet Your Speaker: Adam Johnson

Adam, one of four c. myers owners, plays a key role in providing A/LM education for senior-level industry examiners, and guiding development teams as they focus on ALM, liquidity, and budgeting models. He also serves as the strategic guide for c. myers’ process improvement and project management services.

Adam has been a frequent speaker at various industry gatherings, such as the CUNA CFO Conference, and many associations and leagues.
