Gus Camargo


Gus De Camargo - Practice Leader, Information Technology Officers Practice 

Gus brings 4 years of search experience specific to the Technology function, providing support and thought leadership to the teams executing Technology projects across a wide range of industries and sectors. Previously he established and led the technology practice for a national boutique executive search firm where he executed projects for clients such as Marsh & McLennan, TD Bank, and Deloitte. Earlier in his career, he spent almost a decade as the Managing Director for an international staffing solutions provider. Gus graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Honours from the University of Western Ontario and also completed a post-graduate diploma in Business Management from Sheridan College. 



Melissa Swift


Melissa Swift - Global Leader, Digital Solutions

Melissa is is charged with driving the development, alignment, and marketing of innovative solutions for digital transformation offerings. She partners with clients to understand their deepest challenges in the digital arena, and to address those challenges in novel and comprehensive ways. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Swift focused on transforming organizations. She co-founded a thinktank for a major executive search firm. At Deloitte, she launched two $200 million service offerings addressing clients’ growing ESG mandate. Earlier in her career, she conducted Deutsche Bank’s first structured carbon credit sale. Melissa received her MBA from Columbia Business School and her BA from Harvard University.
