Building a SEG CRM from the Ground Up

Do you work with SEGs?  Take advantage of this unique opportunity to get “behind the curtain” to see a developing software platform and the chance to offer your insights and input to make it a strong tool to grow the industry.

Carin Hodge, Business Development Officer at Noble FCU in Fresno CA ($737M), has worked closely with Bitwise Industries for over two years to create a custom SEG CRM for use in credit unions.  A thread in the Community about this has generated over 50 public responses, in addition to scores of email requests she has personally received to learn more.

This collaboration led to the creation of a new class of product that was featured for the first time anywhere at our recent Marketing & Business Development Conference — the Member Relationship Management tool called 6 Degrees.  While the system isn’t quite ready, members were intrigued so we invite you to join Carin as she shares her journey on this project, and then get a quick show-and-tell of the technology.  It is a unique opportunity to get “behind the curtain” to see a developing platform and the chance to offer your insights and input to make it a strong tool to grow the industry.
