Building a SEG CRM from the Ground Up

Carin Hodge, Business Development Officer at Noble FCU in Fresno CA ($737M), has worked closely with Bitwise Industries for over two years to create a custom SEG CRM for use in credit unions.  A thread in the Community about this has generated over 50 public responses, in addition to scores of email requests she has personally received to learn more.
