The (un)Sales Meeting: Making Training Memorable to Get Results

As a trainer, you’ve been there: Operations says the team needs training. Trainer trains. KPIs aren’t being met. When asked for feedback staff says: “We need more training.” The trainer trains and the cycle continues.

If this sounds familiar to you, take a seat. During this session, you’ll learn how one credit union turned tired product and sales training into a fun-filled experience that resulted in a staff motivated to cross sell (without ever mentioning the term “cross sell”).
