68th Annual Meeting
The 68th Annual Meeting of the Heritage Family Credit Union will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2024. This year's meeting will be held virtually through Zoom.
 

BUSINESS TO BE TRANSACTED AT THE MEETING
beginning at 6 PM

  1. Ascertainment that a quorum is present
  2. Incorporation in the minutes proof of notice of the meeting
  3. Reading and approval (or correction) of the minutes of the previous meeting (67th Annual Meeting)
  4. Report of the Directors
  5. Report of the Treasurer
  6. Report of the Supervisory Committee
  7. Unfinished Business
  8. New Business
  9. Elections:
    a. Three (3) Board of Directors – 3 Year Term
  10. Adjournment

Ballots for Board of Director elections are available at all branches for voting beginning March 4, 2024 and must be collected by April 5, 2024.
