Please note: Because the classes and assignments are all done online, we have found that it's best Scouts be in at least 8th grade to participate. As with all merit badges, all Scouts MUST receive approval from their Scoutmaster BEFORE registering for these merit badge classes.
All classes take place ONLINE through interactive webinars. The classes will start at 6 pm and will typically last 90 minutes. To ensure you are able to see and hear the online webinars, please make sure your computer or mobile device meets these requirements.In addition, all requirements will be submitted and completed online through a Moodle Online Classroom. The online classroom can be accessed on multiple devices with an internet connection. Assignments will be in Excel, Word, and PDF formats, however accommodations can be made for other document types.
The Spring 2021 Session begins Wednesday, January 27 and ends Wednesday, April 28. Scouts should plan to participate in all 6 online classes for the badge (either live or recorded).
