David Zook is the County Executive of Cache County, Utah. Zook will be presenting over the current state of Cache County. Mr. Zook has a master's degree in public administration and a graduate certificate in economic development. He earned a national award for his management of the public's tax dollars and he earned the Credentialed City/County Manager designation from the International City/County Management Association (ICMA).
 
Michael Jeanfreau is a Senior Economist at the Department of Workforce Services. His expertise is focused on the economies of the Wasatch Front and Bear River Regions in Northern Utah. Jeanfreau, along with a team of economists at DWS, provide Utah businesses, community members and state and local agencies with data-rich analysis of the state’s labor market.
